Adrian Lazar

A veteran of the IT services industry since 2000, Adrian provides strategic and operational leadership to Lazar Consulting. Adrian is passionate for providing innovative services to clients' complex problems by intensely executing today's game plan while sowing the seeds for the future.

His area of expertise include management consulting, enterprise system implementation, as well as organizational change management with a focus on best practices for value delivery.

Adrian has held various operational and leadership roles for ABB, Dell, and Wenco.

He is a standing member of Project Management Institute, a global leader for the project management profession.

In his spare time, Adrian enjoys spending time with his family and rock climbing throughout the world.

Sophie Gagneux

Managing PARTNER

Prince2, SAFe POPM, CSM

Drawing on over 20 years of experience in the IT services industry, Sophie is responsible for professional services at Lazar Consulting.

Her past experience with GE and ABB is an asset to her role as VP Professional Services. Sophie is known for her consistent delivery of tangible results in North America, Europe and South Africa for nuclear, utility, and automotive industries.

Sophie is a Prince2, SAFe Product Owner Product Manager, and Certified Scrum Master professional.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her family, creating interesting jam recipes and playing with her cat. Her favourite car is a Porsche Boxter.

ETELCA STANESCU

Etelca has 20 years of IT experience partnering with clients in the utility, telecommunications, and cable industries to help them achieve their business goals.

Etelca has a Master Degree in Computer Science from Polytechnic Institute, Romania, and continued education in Computer Science at Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, BC.

In her spare time, Etelca enjoys gardening, cooking, and playing with her pets.

RAUL BASTANTE

A passionate business process architect / business analyst with over 15 years’ experience in systems/ERP implementation projects who enjoys the project lifecycle from the requirements gathering sessions all the way to implementation and training.

His experience in ERP implementations include the likes of SAP, Oracle and Microsoft D365.

Raul has worked extensively as a business consultant in various countries and several industries such as manufacturing, services, healthcare, agriculture, retail, wholesale and warehousing in both the private and public sectors. He uses his deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Management and Six Sigma to develop strategies which allowed these business to streamline their processes resulting in cost savings and risk avoidance.

In his spare time Raul enjoys reading, surfing (as much as possible) and running around with his kids which (admittedly) usually outrun him.
