Scrum Workshop

RICHMOND, BC, Canada (January 9, 2019) - We love it when we get an enthusiastic and engaged audience for our workshops! Last week again, Lazar Consulting experienced such vibrant atmosphere, when delivering an on-site two-day workshop focused on Scrum and Lean Agile.

Building on an existing relationship, Lazar Consulting worked with this energetic company to demonstrate Scrum and Lean Agile principles and concepts to a new team. Some of the members were already versed in Scrum from previous experiences and under Lazar Consulting’s coaching method shared their knowledge with the rest of the team.

Using Scrum tools presented during the sessions, the team was quick to apply their newly acquired knowledge to their day-to-day work, formulating action plans on how to organize the forthcoming iterations, planning, and other Scrum ceremonies.

The two-day workshop was the vehicle to impart theory and reinforce it thru empirical practices. Exercises done in groups allowed for greater collaboration and communication, and at the end of the workshop, the feedback received demonstrated the value of the session, the benefits of “feeling” the theory thru games-exercises.
